Restaurant POS software for India

myRestrox is a restaurant operating system for Indian shops: seat a table, send a KOT, cook on a kitchen screen, print a GST bill, and take UPI on the restaurant’s own GPay or PhonePe ID.

How it works

  1. 1. Seat or open order — Waiter picks table or channel — dine-in, takeaway, delivery, phone, WhatsApp.
  2. 2. Send KOT — Kitchen board shows New → cooking → ready; waiters get ready alerts.
  3. 3. Bill and pay — Cashier prints GST bill; guest pays cash or UPI to your VPA.
  4. 4. Release table — Table or token frees for the next guest when settled.

What the floor actually runs

Most “restaurant billing software” stops at the till. myRestrox starts at the table. Waiters punch dine-in, takeaway, delivery, phone, and WhatsApp. Kitchen sees KOTs in real time. Cashier closes GST bills in cash or UPI. Store (Growth) deducts recipes when a bill is paid.

  • Table lifecycle: available → seated → ordering → food served → billing → settled
  • Kitchen display with New / cooking / ready — not a printer-only KOT
  • GST bills with CGST + SGST (or IGST when the guest is out of state)
  • Guest UPI collect to your VPA — myRestrox never holds diner money

Who it is for

Starter is one outlet that needs the floor this week. Growth adds recipes, stock, cash drawer, attendance, and GSTR-1 / Tally CSVs. Scale adds extra outlets, live UrbanPiper ingest (with your keys), and GST e-invoice IRN.

Questions

Is this a cloud POS or does it run on our shop PC?
The shop runs in the browser on a PC or tablet. Kitchen and tables need a live connection. There is a print queue and a write queue if the network blips — it is not a fully offline POS.
Do you replace Petpooja or POSIST?
If you need aggregator accept/reject inside one login, or a card acquirer, those are not in myRestrox yet. If you need table → KOT → GST → UPI-to-your-ID, that is the product.
