QR menu ordering

Print a guest QR from Setup. Diners open /r/:code (optionally locked to a table). They browse, add food, place the order, and can call waiter / water / bill. Staff still make the GST bill on the till unless you turn on pay-before.

Pay after vs pay before

Default for new shops is pay-after: the kitchen can get the KOT before money. Pay-before collects UPI first. Owners should pick this in Setup — a public poster is enough to order if pay-after is on.

What guests cannot do

Guests cannot open /app, /pos, or /waiter. They cannot see other tables’ bills. 86’d items are not addable. Shutter off or “not accepting” blocks new guest orders.
