- What is myRestrox?
- An India-first restaurant OS: order → KOT → kitchen → GST bill → payment → table or token free.
- Does guest UPI go through myRestrox?
- No. Guests pay your VPA. We never hold diner money.
- Can waiters take payment?
- Only if Control waiterTakePayment is on. Default is send to cashier. Waiter cash sits due until cashier Received.
- Do you accept Swiggy inside myRestrox?
- No. Accept or reject on their tablet. Punch the ticket on waiter Apps so kitchen gets a KOT. Live UrbanPiper ingest is Scale plus your keys.
- Is there a rider app?
- No. Pack and hand to a partner.
- Card payments?
- Till can record a card machine slip. There is no card acquirer. Software checkout does not take card in-app yet.
